2. How to Return an Item

  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please let us know when you contact us. We will send you the exchange details, and if available, process your exchange request.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at techstorebl.cs@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the cost of return shipping for the defective item.

5. Late Returns

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
