Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding to other countries in the future. If you wish to place an order outside of the UK, please contact us at techstorebl.cs@outlook.com, and we will try to accommodate your request.
Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available).
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times are estimated at 2-8 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Depending on the supplier producing our selection.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on the product and the supplier. Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Customs and Duties

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

- We do not currently ship to PO boxes.
